What inspired you to be a Coach?
My initial inspiration was seeing my brother make an impact on people’s lives in our community and encouraging people to be healthier through fitness. Seeing how you can change someone’s mentality by way of exercise really convinced me that this is what I want to do. Helping people build confidence in themselves and overcoming their limiting beliefs is what excites me the most about being a Coach.
Cert III & IV in Fitness and 5 Years as qualified Coach at 6 PBC. Personally, I’ve helped more than 50 people lose over 15kg. I’ve Coached 3 members to lose 50kg BW and I Coached 1 Member to lose 100kg in 12 months.
Why Train with you:
I started like most people on this fitness Journey - I was unhappy with my weight, I was self-conscious about my image & had low self-esteem. All I knew was that I wanted to be happier and healthier. I found that exercise was a positive outlet and helped in building my self-confidence and gave a sense of fulfilment each day. Through the years I’ve personally tried many dieting and training strategies and I have full confidence that I can put you on the right path so you can succeed in your own health & fitness journey.
Something we don’t know about you:
I once weighed in at 109.9kg after an epic holiday. I was extremely self-conscious of my appearance & my confidence to be around members was extremely low. I didn’t feel worthy of being a Coach. Essentially, I was embarrassed. I spent the next 6 months dedicated to improving myself in the gym and being more disciplined in the kitchen (a weakness of mine at the time). By dedicating a solid 6 months to improving, I learned how to balance life better, enjoy moments with my friends and family and still get amazing results. By the end of that 6-month period I had lost 20kg and weighed in at an all-time low of 87.9 kg.
