What inspired you to be a Coach:
My inspiration for wanting to become a Coach is simple, 6 Pack Bootcamp. Throughout my years I’ve witnessed so many inspiring transformations both physically and mentally in myself and our members. My love for fitness, training and creating a healthier lifestyle showed me that I wanted to be able to help inspire and mentor people in their fitness Journey. The opportunity to become a Coach with 6 Pack arose and today I am so grateful I get to do what I love, working with an amazing group of Coaches.
I have a Cert 3 in group fitness and have been a qualified Coach at 6 Pack Bootcamp for 2 Years. My experience in the fitness industry first started with Caleb as my personal trainer about 10 years ago. I loved training and how it made me feel so much that I continued my journey with Caleb in becoming one of his first 6 Pack Bootcamp Members. In that time, I’ve learnt so much in regards to exercise, nutrition, mindset and have totally transformed myself. I’ve competed in various fitness competitions, my most recent one was competing in the 2020 Masters League and making it through to compete in the Queensland Team in Melbourne. My experience has shown me that age is no barrier, it's a limitation you put on your mind.

I am very passionate about health and fitness and couldn’t imagine my life without it. Exercise for me is an important routine to keep my mind and body in good health. I would love to help you and share my knowledge in developing a lifestyle that will leave you feeling strong, fit and confident but also making sure that you enjoy the process and have fun along the way. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a member reach their goals not only body goals but also the mental impact it has on their lives.
